These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Deeni Madrasa’s website, platforms, and educational services.
By enrolling or using our services, parents and students agree to the following terms.
Use of Official Platform
All classes must be conducted through Deeni Madrasa’s official platforms only. Parents and students may not arrange private classes with teachers outside the madrasa system.
Enrollment & Participation
Parents are responsible for ensuring:
- A calm and peaceful learning environment
- Proper class setup (device, internet, camera, headset)
- Timely attendance
Attendance & Leave Policy
- Parents should inform in advance if a student cannot attend class.
- Missed classes without notice may be counted as conducted.
- Approved absences may be eligible for make-up classes as per policy.
- Detailed rules are provided in the Parent & Student Manual.
Fees & Payments
- Fees are charged monthly or quarterly as selected.
- Payments must be made on time according to invoice due dates.
- Payments made after the 25th of the month may not reflect in the next invoice due to processing time.
- Discounts apply only when payment conditions are met.
Payment Confidentiality
All payment matters must be handled only with the Deeni Madrasa administration. Teachers are not involved in payment discussions, and parents should not share payment details with teachers.
Gifts (Hadiya) Policy
Parents who wish to give a gift or hadiya to a teacher should arrange it through the administration. Any gift or monetary hadiya is delivered fully to the teacher without deduction, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
Respectful Conduct & Communication
Parents and students are expected to communicate respectfully and follow Islamic values and etiquette. Any concerns or feedback regarding teachers should be shared with the administration, not discussed directly with teachers.
Learning Materials
All learning materials provided by Deeni Madrasa are for personal educational use only. Copying, sharing, or commercial use is not permitted without written permission.
Exams & Certificates
- Exams are conducted according to the madrasa’s assessment system.
- Exam fees (if applicable) must be paid as announced.
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of required assessments.
Changes to Services or Policies
Deeni Madrasa reserves the right to update schedules, policies, platforms, or services when necessary. Any significant changes will be notified to parents.
Limitation of Liability
Deeni Madrasa is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Internet connectivity problems
- Device or power failures
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Final Authority
All academic, administrative, and policy decisions made by Deeni Madrasa Administration are final.
